Steam Errors -101, -102, -103 and -105
Unable to connect to the server. The server may be offline, or you may not be connected to the internet.
If Kaspersky Internet Security is installed, Steam may start working only after KIS is fully closed. Another symptom is that the store works in a browser but not in the Steam application.
1. Open the antivirus settings, go to General and clear the Self-Defence checkbox.
2. Exit KIS.
3. Open C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report and delete the contents of that folder.
4. Start KIS.
5. Enable Self-Defence again.
Start Steam; it should now work.
