Before starting work, we determine what materials you provide and what needs to be prepared additionally. We include the content in the assessment in a separate, understandable volume.

Yes, mobile scenarios are included in the design and review. We specify specific devices and browsers for acceptance in the requirements.
Is maintenance included in development?
