For a small site and a store with a heavy catalog, different resources are needed. We study the requirements of the CMS, database, background tasks and exchanges. Shared hosting is suitable for some projects; when its limitations are not enough, we consider server hosting and administration separately.
Selection of placement
We compare the project requirements with the possibilities and tariff restrictions. We lay down a reasonable reserve for development.
Installation and transfer of
We host the site, connect the database and check rights, handlers and background jobs. Complex migration is assessed separately.
Domain and HTTPS
Setting up a domain connection with hosting and a certificate. We check redirections and the availability of the main site address.
Mail and backups
We coordinate the sending of notifications, storage of copies and recovery procedures. We check the tariff capabilities before connecting.
Hosting and maintenance of the site
Timeweb provides the infrastructure
Tariff conditions, resource limitations, payment and infrastructure support are determined by the provider.
We set up the project
We evaluate the selection, placement, setting up of the site and subsequent work separately. Provider support does not replace code correction and site development.
Account under your control
We recommend registering services and domains to the owner of the project. Coordinated accesses are used for work.

How the cost is calculated
Payment for hosting is made according to Timeweb tariffs. The cost of our work depends on the platform, the amount of customization and the complexity of the transfer. Domains, additional services and administration are counted separately.

Do I need a special tariff for Bitrix?
Compliance with current CMS requirements and sufficient resources are important. Timeweb has offers for Bitrix; We select a specific option based on the project, and not just on the name of the tariff.
Will Timeweb support improve the site?
Infrastructure support and work with site code are different services. Development, updates and maintenance of the project will be agreed upon separately.
Can I keep my current hosting?
Yes, if it meets the requirements and suits the job. Changing the provider is not a prerequisite for improvement or support.
