What cookies are
Cookies are small records stored by your browser at a website’s request. They can support sessions and settings or distinguish visits for statistics. Services may also use localStorage and similar browser technologies.
This policy covers kladovproductions.ru. The controller is Pavel Valeryevich Kladov, INN 164510316803. Contact: pavelkladov@gmail.com. General processing rules are set out in the Privacy policy.
Necessary technical data
The website uses 1C-Bitrix. The platform and server may use service cookies for sessions, security and technical preferences. Their exact names and lifetimes depend on configuration; a PHP session identifier, for example, is often named PHPSESSID.
A page request sends the server an IP address, browser information, the requested address and a timestamp. These may appear in technical logs independently of analytics cookies and are used for page delivery, troubleshooting and security.
Whether a technical cookie is necessary depends on its function. Declining optional analytics must not restrict access to the website’s public content.
Analytics services
Yandex Metrica
Metrica helps assess visits and interactions. It may receive browser identifiers, device information, referral sources and page events. If Session Replay (Webvisor) is enabled, it may also record pointer movements, clicks and scrolling. Recording page interactions does not mean accessing the camera or microphone.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics provides statistics on views, events, visit sources and device characteristics. Cookie identifiers can link visits from the same browser. Google services may involve processing outside Russia; the conditions for such processing are assessed separately from cookie consent.
Browser identifiers should not be treated as guaranteed anonymous data. Analytics must not receive private correspondence, completed briefs, email addresses, phone numbers or other direct identifiers through page URLs, event parameters or counter settings.
Examples of analytics cookies
The following are typical names and lifetimes from the providers’ documentation. This is a reference table: the actual set depends on counter versions, settings, the browser and permissions selected.
| Cookie | Purpose | Typical lifetime |
|---|---|---|
_ym_uid, _ym_d | Metrica visitor identifier and first visit date | 1 year |
_ym_isad | Detecting an ad blocker | 20 hours |
_ym_visorc_* | Session Replay operation, if enabled | 30 minutes |
_ga, _ga_* | Distinguishing visitors and maintaining session state in Google Analytics 4 | 2 years by default |
Lifetimes may be renewed on later visits or restricted by the browser. Deleting a cookie does not automatically delete information already received by the service.
Documentation: Yandex Metrica cookies; Google Analytics cookies.
Consent and refusal
Optional analytics may be used after separate informed consent. Visiting the website, scrolling, dismissing a notice or sending an email does not constitute that consent.
Where a cookie selection tool is available, enable only the categories you want and change your decision through its settings. If no selection tool is present, this does not mean consent has been obtained: optional counters must not start before consent.
You can also restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings. Restricting cookies alone may not block all analytics network requests. To withdraw consent or request cessation of processing of previously collected personal data, email pavelkladov@gmail.com. Include the visit date and other helpful details; do not send passwords or a complete cookie export.
External websites and contact
Links to Telegram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other external resources lead to services with their own data processing rules. Cookie choices on this website do not control external services’ settings.
