Do you need access to the production site?
For preliminary discussion, a link and descenarioion are often sufficient. For diagnostics and implementation, we agree on the minimum required accesses and the order of their transfer.
Can you tell me the deadline right away?
For a clear isolated task - after a short clarification. If the cause of the error is unknown, the implementation period is determined based on the diagnostic results.
