Integrations · Connected processes

Less manual work.
More consistency.

I connect websites with 1C, CRMs, payment and delivery services, and other systems. We design the exchange so data reaches the right place and errors can be found and corrected.

Capabilities

Connecting the service is half the task

It is important to determine which system is responsible for prices and balances, when the order is transferred to the manager and what happens if the external service is unavailable. We start with the exchange rules, then select a ready-made module or an individual implementation. This is how technical communication supports your workflow.

Website and 1C

Products, prices, balances, orders and statuses. We check the configuration of the accounting system, available mechanisms and direction of data transfer.

CRM and requests

Transfer of requests and orders, sources of requests and agreed fields. We define the rules for creating records and processing repetitions.

Payment and delivery

Connection of payment scenarios, delivery calculations and statuses. We check the availability of modules, test mode and provider requirements.

External APIs

Personal accounts, notification services, analytics and own systems. Capabilities are determined by the documentation and access granted.

Reliability is built into the scenario

Single source of data

For each field, we define the main system and update rules. This helps to avoid mutual overwriting of information.

Resending and duplicates

We are thinking about repeated requests, identifiers and protection against the creation of unnecessary records when the API allows such processing.

Log and notifications

We record the result of the exchange and the way to find out about the failure. Logs should not contain unnecessary personal data or access secrets.

Fees, subscenarioions and restrictions of third-party services apply separately. We check the finished module for compatibility and compliance with a specific scenario.
How it works

From task to result

  1. We describe the exchange

We compile a list of systems, fields, events and responsible persons.

  2. Choosing a method

Studying standard capabilities, modules and API documentation.

  3. We implement and test

We test normal operations, repetitions, errors and service unavailability.

  4. We transfer

to work. We set up coordinated control and document the exchange logic.

Output

What you receive

Working exchange scenario with described rules, restrictions and diagnostic method. Employees know where to check the result and what to do if there is an error.

How the cost is calculated

The estimate depends on the number of systems, direction of exchange, data conversion, update frequency and API quality. Improvements on the side of 1C or another contractor will be agreed upon separately.

Frequently asked questions

Always need custom development?

No. First, we check the standard capabilities and ready-made modules. Individual implementations are needed if they do not cover the process or have significant limitations.

Will the exchange be instant?

It depends on the API and the selected scheme: events, queue or periodic launch. The permissible delay is determined at the design stage.

Is it possible to connect a service without an API?

Sometimes file sharing or another provided method is available. If there is no suitable interface, we first evaluate the technical feasibility and limitations.
