When this document applies
This text applies when the controller requests consent to respond to an enquiry, estimate a project and discuss potential cooperation. It does not replace another lawful basis, such as preparing a contract at the data subject’s initiative, or require consent instead of that basis.
The website has no form for submitting this consent. It can be given in a separate message that allows the sender, consent wording and date to be established. It is not automatically included in a brief, contract or message describing a task.
Consent wording
I freely and voluntarily give Pavel Valeryevich Kladov (Кладов Павел Валерьевич), INN 164510316803, my consent to process my personal data to consider my enquiry, clarify requirements, estimate a project, prepare a proposal and respond through my chosen communication channel.
Data covered: the name I provide; email address; phone number; username or profile link in the chosen messaging or social service; company and role, if stated; and information about me in the enquiry, brief and attachments that is necessary for this purpose.
Operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use to respond and prepare a proposal, necessary message transmission through the chosen channel, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing may be automated and manual.
If I choose email, my enquiry is received at pavelkladov@gmail.com using Gmail. If I choose Telegram, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, messages are also processed by the respective service. This consent does not authorise disclosure to an indefinite audience or use for purposes unrelated to the enquiry.
Duration: until the stated purpose is complete or consent is withdrawn, whichever is earlier, and no longer than one year from the date consent is given. Continued processing after consent ends requires a separate lawful basis.
Withdrawal: I may send a separate message to pavelkladov@gmail.com with the subject “Withdrawal of personal data consent”, including details that help locate my enquiry. Processing is stopped and data deleted within the deadlines required by law.
The Privacy policy is available to me. This consent does not cover promotional messages, visit analytics, Session Replay recording, public disclosure, special categories of personal data or biometric data.
Giving consent separately
If the controller requests consent, you may read the wording and send a separate message as follows:
I consent to Pavel Valeryevich Kladov, INN 164510316803, processing my personal data to handle my enquiry under the terms at https://kladovproductions.ru/en/agreement/, version dated 28 September 2026.
Sending a brief, viewing the website or remaining silent does not by itself replace this expression of consent. A reachable contact channel and information about the task are needed to respond; unnecessary personal data should not be sent.
